The schools in Howard County are among best in the Maryland. But as good as they are and as committed as all of us are to excellence in education there is much room for improvement.

In addition to the air we breathe, water we drink, and food we eat we must focus on the fragile natural resources surrounding us that have a significant impact on our well-being and that of future generations. Businesses can only grow with business friendly environment and policies.

Public Safety is a basic and fundamental requirement for a flourishing society. People must feel safe and secured and not be concerned about their well-being.
